In order to promote the realization of China's carbon peak carbon neutral goal and the construction of a safe and reliable new power system, the "2024 Energy Development and Power Generation Technology Seminar" was successfully held in Beijing on August 21-23, 2024, with the theme of "Promoting the development of clean and low-carbon energy and jointly building a new energy power system".

Energy Development and Power Generation Technology Seminar and IEEE Standard Training is an industry brand event with greater influence in the industry hosted by IEEE PES Energy Development and Power Generation Technical Committee (China). Since its establishment in 2021, it has received strong support from industry internal medicine research institutions, universities and enterprises, and has been widely concerned and praised by government agencies and the industry.

The conference invited a number of academicians, senior experts and scholars and industry authorities to make reports. Jointly explore cutting-edge technologies and innovation needs in the development of clean and low-carbon energy, conduct in-depth exchanges on new issues and new methods in the development and utilization of clean and low-carbon energy and carbon neutrality, and promote the healthy development of green energy.

Weifeng Zhang, founder and chairman of our company, was invited to participate in the "2024 Energy Development and Power Generation Technology Seminar", and was appointed as the standing director of the Technical Committee - Carbon Neutral Committee of IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES).
