To further promote the business development plan and enhance practical exploration in the field of new energy storage, the Comprehensive Office of the Zhongguancun Academician and Expert Work Committee recently organized and carried out research work on the construction of a green experimental research base for new energy storage, including experimental verification, actual measurement and training. On May 7th, the research team visited Qualtech. This research was led by Wang Wensheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce and the executive director of the Zhongguancun Academician and Expert Work Committee. The team members included leaders from the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group Mengdian Energy Research Institute, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Survey and Design Institute, Inner Mongolia Baosteel Group and other units. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as technological innovation and industrial application in the field of new energy storage, and jointly discussed development plans.

Under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee, the Zhongguancun Academician and Expert Working Committee has built a high-end think tank for scientific and technological innovation that is cross-disciplinary, full-chain and international. Taking the top-level design of the academician team as the core driving force, focusing on national strategic demands, and led by new technologies, new equipment, new models and new platforms, a "five-in-one" collaborative innovation ecosystem platform integrating government, industry, academia, research and application is constructed. The academician team, guided by strategic, economic, forward-looking, value-oriented and policy-oriented principles, focuses on the "dual carbon" goals and regional economic transformation. It has implemented over 20 national and provincial-level demonstration projects, forming a benchmark model of "academician technology + local practice + industrial upgrading". A closed-loop ecosystem of "technology research and development - scenario verification - industrial replication" has been formed, cumulatively driving investment of over 10 billion yuan, and promoting the green and high-quality development of the regional economy.
At the symposium, the technical experts of Qualtech systematically expounded on the overall development of the enterprise, comprehensively showcasing the company's core technological advantages, typical application cases and innovative product matrix in the field of energy storage. The research and development achievements of immersion liquid cooling series products, microgrid stability control and grid-forming PCS were analyzed in depth with emphasis.
Both sides focused on the product technology iteration path, the cutting-edge research directions in the industry, and the medium and long-term development strategies of enterprises to conduct in-depth technical discussions and strategic dialogues. The expert team highly recognized Gao Taihao's innovative position in key fields such as liquid cooling technology and provided highly constructive guidance.

After the symposium, the expert team visited the laboratory and intelligent production workshop of Gaotai Haoneng on the spot. The laboratory covers dozens of professional tests such as high and low temperature environment tests, EMC tests, performance tests, long-term aging tests, salt spray tests, and vibration tests, fully demonstrating the company's highly reliable testing capabilities and earning the recognition of "full-condition technical support".
In the workshop, the automated production lines operate efficiently and orderly under the precise control of MES (Manufacturing Execution System). The digital intelligent dispatching system has achieved visual monitoring of the production process, and experts have also fully recognized the intelligent level of the production lines. And expressed the hope that enterprises could continuously deepen data integration to further promote the development of the industry.

This research has laid a solid foundation for the cooperation between the two sides.
