Qualtech Showcases Integrated Thermal Management and Immersion Cooling Technology at 2025 Shandong New Energy Industry Development Conference

2025-09-15

Against the backdrop of the dual-carbon strategy and the accelerated construction of a new energy system, the new energy industry has become a core driver of green economic transformation. As a forefront of China's new energy development, the 2025 Shandong New Energy Industry Development Conference & the 5th Shandong Energy Storage High-Quality Development Forum was held on September 11-12 at the Jinan Sunac International Conference Center. With the theme "Fostering Industrial Synergy, Co-Creating a Green Future," the conference brought together stakeholders from government, industry, academia, research, and application sectors to address critical challenges such as new energy integration, industrial collaboration, and technological breakthroughs.

As a key enabler of full-stack digital smart energy system solutions, Qualtech was invited to participate in this conference and shared innovative achievements and practical experiences in integrated thermal management and immersion cooling technology. This technology not only aligns with the conference's dual focus on "technological breakthroughs and real-world application" but also provides the industry with a systematic solution that combines cooling and fire safety.

The integrated thermal management and immersion cooling technology proposed by Qualtech employs one of the safest immersion cooling systems available. This system integrates cooling, heating, intelligent control, and fire safety, achieving comprehensive protection through physical isolation and digital monitoring. By fully submerging energy storage battery cells in coolant and isolating them from air and moisture, the technology fundamentally eliminates the risk of battery combustion and explosion. Even in cases of thermal runaway, the system prevents fire, explosion, and smoke, significantly reducing safety risks and providing reliable energy storage and management solutions for various industries.

Furthermore, leveraging its 4S+C full-stack in-house R&D model, Qualtech has vertically integrated four core hardware components with a cloud platform, including BMS (Battery Management System), PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS (Energy Management System), TMS (Thermal Management System), and Cloud (Data Collaboration Platform). This integration creates a closed-loop data flow from the battery cell to the cloud, offering customers full lifecycle energy storage value services. This model enhances the company's comprehensive capabilities in multi-scenario applications, safety standard development, and business model innovation, contributing to the large-scale and high-quality development of energy storage in the new power system.

Against the backdrop of Shandong's accelerated implementation of the "New Energy Industry Action Plan" and its focus on building a national innovation hub for new energy, Qualtech's technological solutions and ecosystem collaboration philosophy align closely with the conference's theme. The company's participation not only showcased its technical strengths but also provided an important opportunity to explore pathways for industrial synergy and multi-energy complementarity with industry partners.

Looking ahead, Qualtech will continue to deepen its expertise in the new energy sector, focusing on enhancing safety, economic efficiency, and reliability. The company aims to support the construction of a new power system dominated by new energy, injecting technological momentum into China's green energy transformation and high-quality, low-carbon development.
