Product description 

The products selected for the operation of industrial and commercial energy storage projects are mainly lithium iron phosphate batteries, which are mainly divided into standard cabinet type and container type. The standard cabinet type energy storage system adopts modular design to facilitate capacity expansion and easier to achieve energy and safety management and control, so it meets the needs of most industrial and commercial scenarios, while some projects with large installed capacity will choose container type energy storage system. 


Functional description 

1) Battery Pack for energy storage: convert electric energy into chemical energy when charging, and convert chemical energy into electric energy when discharging, so as to realize stable, safe and efficient storage and release of electric energy. 

2) Bidirectional energy storage converter (PCS): Realize the bidirectional power flow between the grid and the energy storage system, and charge and discharge the energy storage battery according to the set parameters. 

3) Energy management system (EMS): monitor the operation status of the energy storage battery pack, bidirectional converter and temperature control system in real time, and dynamically adjust the charging and discharging strategy of the battery according to the operation status of the system and user requirements, so as to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the energy storage system. 

4) Battery management system (BMS): monitor the status data of the battery in real time, including voltage, current, temperature, SOC, SOH, SOP, etc., optimize the use strategy of the battery, find out the problems and faults of the battery in time, and make corresponding protective measures. 

5) Temperature control system (TMS): through the cooling medium and heat exchange device, the dynamic and real-time temperature adjustment of the energy storage battery is carried out to ensure that the energy storage system works within a reasonable temperature range, prolong the service life of the system, and improve the reliability and safety. 

6) Fire fighting system (FPS): automatically detect thermal runaway and fire through sensors (four-in-one composite fire detector: carbon monoxide, VOC, smoke and temperature signals), give audible and visual alarms and remote alarms, and put out the fire through fire extinguishing devices in time to prevent the spread of the accident.
