The second generation of active balancing scheme has comprehensively optimized the first generation of products in many aspects, especially in the localization, two-way balancing, balancing current and balancing efficiency, giving the product a stronger market competitiveness.

● Efficient energy balance:

Balancing efficiency: Active balancing technology can achieve a balancing efficiency of ≥80%, which can reduce energy loss and improve the overall energy utilization rate of the battery pack.

Balancing speed: Using advanced active balancing algorithm and hardware design, the new product can quickly identify and balance the unbalanced state in the battery pack, significantly reducing the balancing time and improving the system response speed.

● Extend battery life:

Balanced current: The new product supports the balanced current of 1 to 3A, which can distribute the energy in the battery pack more quickly and evenly, further extending the battery life.

Active and passive integrated design: The product combines active and passive balancing functions, which can flexibly adjust the balancing mode in different working scenarios. The integrated design of active and passive balance makes the system more concise, reduces the complex hardware structure, and improves the balance effect and the reliability of the whole system.

● High voltage design to ensure safety:

Withstand voltages up to 6000V DC: It can withstand voltages up to 6000V DC to ensure the safety and stability of the system in high voltage environments.

● Meet the certification requirements at home and abroad:

Ultra-wide body design: creepage distance meets foreign certification (IEC 60730; ISO 13849) requirements; At the same time to meet the export demand;

● Two-way balance:

Two-way charge and discharge between 24V and the cell: Through the two-way conversion between the 24V end and the cell, the 24V end charges the cell, or the battery outputs electrical energy to the 24V end, supporting the two-way flow of charge and discharge.
