Product Introduction
The system integrates cooling and heating, intelligent control and fire safety, and adopts a physical isolation combined with digital and intelligent monitoring method.
The immersion temperature control system is coupled with the BMS management system as one, providing precise temperature control and intelligent regulation. This enhances the consistency of operating temperature, reduces the temperature difference between battery cells to less than 2℃, extends the available capacity and cycle life of the battery, and lowers the operating cost of the energy storage system.
The energy storage cells are directly immersed in the coolant, completely isolated from air, moisture, etc., fundamentally eliminating the possibility of battery combustion and explosion. Even in the event of thermal runaway, it can ensure no fire, no explosion and no smoke.
Application scenarios
Medium and large-scale grid-side energy storage power stations and industrial and commercial energy storage scenarios are suitable for extreme environments such as high temperatures and extreme cold, as well as places with extremely high safety requirements, such as computer rooms, oil fields, and mines.
