Recently, the energy storage projects at the expressway service areas in Changxing, Deqing and Fuyang, which were constructed and delivered by Qualtech and belong to Zhejiang Jiaotou Zhongtang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Communications Investment Group, have been successfully completed and put into operation across the board.
